Former EVP, Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer at One Detroit Credit Union, Joumana Mcdad Joins the Credit Union’s C-Suite
LA CROSSE, Wis.—January 31, 2023—Marine Credit Union, a cooperative driven by the belief that financial fulfillment should be achievable for all and a Great Place to Work™, has welcomed Joumana Mcdad as the credit union’s first Chief Service Delivery and Experience Officer.
The newly created role will elevate Marine’s focus on improving the member experience and building member relationships, combining all delivery channels under one leader. “We are on a mission to advance the lives of people from a place of financial need to a life of ownership and giving back in our communities. Moving forward, we will align our products, features, experiences and education provided with that mission,” said CEO Darrick Weeks, who joined the organization in January 2022. “We are incredibly excited to bring Joumana and her expertise in member and community engagement to Marine, as we work to make a difference for our members not just with one loan, but along their entire financial journey.”
“I am honored to join the Marine team during this important time in the credit union’s evolution and the wider environment impacting our members’ daily lives,” said Mcdad. “I look forward to working with our people to support the delivery of exceptional experiences for our members and creating opportunities for our members, employees and communities to thrive.”
